Status

Validity in debate. This could be a large specimen of C. jucundus (pers. comm. John Tucker); Body whorl with spiral lines; shoulder with small nodules; spire whorls with one or a few spiral lines, crossed by fine growth lines; colour yellowish, sometimes rose, base white; last whorl with three bands of irregular orange dots, one band below the shoulder, one below the middle, and one at the base; between these bands interrupted spiral lines of orange may be present; spire the same colour; According to Tucker: synonym of C. jucundus.
